In a three-card brag, you are allowed to bluff your opponents by betting your three-card hand, but only with a hefty side pot. As with other varieties of the game, you have to be careful to not reveal your hand to the other players before the bluff is complete.
A good rule of thumb is to always fold if you have a weak hand. Similarly, if you are betting on a hand that has little chance of winning, you are likely to get pushed around.
